I lost 23 pounds in 2016, by revising my unhealthy recipes, and doing 20 min workouts. It's been over a year and I've gained back some of the weight (13 pounds). I am determined to lose the weight, AGAIN! This time, I will be recording the entire process on video, including my workouts, recipes, and what I eat in a day.
